At THERMOTHIRST™, we want you to be as happy with your products as we are. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your purchase within 14 days for a refund, which will be processed to the original payment method. A return shipping fee of $15.00 will be deducted from your refund. Please note, we do not offer store credit or gift cards for returned items.

To be eligible for a return, all items must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging, accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Please note, we do not offer store credit or gift cards for returned items.
Returns.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase. For most returns, a standard return shipping fee of $15 will be deducted from your refund. For larger or bulk orders, return shipping costs may vary based on the order’s weight and size. In these cases, we will confirm the exact cost with you prior to processing your return. Alternatively, return for store credit and we’ll cover the shipping!

How to initiate a return.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For order issues, contact us at hello@thermothirst.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and an order number or proof of purchase. THERMOTHIRST™ reserves the right to refuse a refund if the item doesn't meet return criteria.
To start a return, please contact us at hello@thermothirst.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how to send your package. It’s essential to use the return label provided by THERMOTHIRST™ to ensure we can track the package upon arrival. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Please ensure to use the return label provided by THERMOTHIRST™ when sending your item back so our team are able to determine the arrival of your package.

For exchanges, please return your item(s) and replace an order for the correct item. All merchandise must be unused/unworn and returned in the original packaging. Please refer to our Returns Portal to process items you wish to return. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly.
Product/s must be unopened, undamaged, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns are issued as store credit or a refund to the original payment method. Shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are not covered, and you're responsible until the item is delivered and inspected. You will be able to purchase a label directly from us and the amount will be taken off your refund.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Faulty Product.

Exceptions / non-returnable items.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@thermothirst.com.We want you to love everything you order from frank green, but if something isn't quite right you have 14 days from receiving your parcel to initiate a return.
