Dispatch Times

Our standard orders are usually shipped within 72 hours. Please be aware that during peak periods, such as promotions, public holidays, or the day after public holidays, dispatch times may be extended. Our orders are processed and shipped from our Melbourne warehouse, and we observe all Victorian public holidays.

We primarily use Australia Post for most deliveries within Australia. Shipping costs and times, as advised by Australia Post, are as follows:
